For mid-August, this course is in great shape! I purchased my tee time on another site and what a smokin' deal I got! Maybe it was the humidity (it rained over 0.7" the night before) but I found that this course is very challenging...endurance wise.

Great condition considering the heat of the season. Summer rates make it a great value. Pace of play can't be beat---18 holes in three and a half hours!!

Beautifully maintained. Greens a little fast--finished 18 holes in less than 4 hrs. Enjoyable round!

Open fairways. Lots of bunkers. Great greens. Not a lot of water. No GPS. Good pace of play. I just thought that it was easy for all levels of players. You're not going to lose a whole lot of golf balls. Bunkers are easy to get out of - I was in several. Course is completely lined by houses, so if you do go out play, you can't get your ball back.

Great course. Fairways, greens, everything is true. really plush. I live in Sun City Grand and I play them a lot. This is a nice change from those. Pace of play is kind of slow. It's usually closer to a 5 hour round than a 4 hour round.

it's a very well kept and somewhat challenging golf course. Stay out of the gravel!
