This is a great course! Perfectly manicured. Gorgeous views. Huge elevation changes. Luxurious clubhouse. I feel like I'm introducing the big vacation on the Price is Right - I don't have anything negative to say. Check it out (if you can get on) in the summer when Flag has that perfect weather... You won't be disappointed.

Beautiful, gorgeous course with views of the San Francisco Peaks all throughout the course. It is in pristine condition, 7,400 yards, but it doesn't play that long because of the 7,000 feet elevation. They also have a 19th hole to settle any bets. It is a beautiful course, if you can get on there, there aren't many better places anywhere than Pine Canyon. Value is a tough one, because you have to buy your membership and pay your dues, but you get your money's worth. Course conditions, are some of the best conditions in Arizona. Every time I have played it has been in pristine condition. Pace of play has been awesome every time I have been out there. Last week I got around in two hours for 18 holes, and with a foursome it is an easy four hours or less. The Amenities are fantastic, with a great pool and a two story slide. The mens locker room has a spa in it, and the clubhouse is absolutely gorgeous. In fact the chef there is one of the best in the state. He makes a mean prime rib and lobster (not that I would eat that, though because I am on a diet here). Lastly, the design of the golf course is beautiful with the natural terrain. I dont think they had to do too much to it. The natural terrain lends itself to beautiful courses up here. Because you have the different elevation changes, the elevated tees, and the winding mountains, it is beautiful the whole round. Overall, I love it. If you combine the course overall, the amenities and the people, it is as good as it gets.

Hands down my favorite course in Arizona! Pine Canyon is an amazing private club in Flagstaff that brings together all of the fine touches of country club living with a phenomenal golf course layout. The views are spectacular, the conditions are amazing and the holes are so diverse that you can't help but want more when your done. Tons of very cool features including the 19th hole -- a short 80-90 par 3 over water to settle your bets -- and I love that the comfort stations come equipped with frozen pb&j sandwiches.
