GORGEOUS! All about the views! Yes it cost a few more bucks than your average course but you have to play this course at least once! Friendly staff really set the mood for the day also....go play this course, NOW!

Beautiful but not worth the price or the attitude. Fees are way too high for a poorly conditioned course and the staff is very clear that they only want your money. They do not allow you to have a drink in their little clubhouse unless you are with a member. Typical of newly rich snobs!

The course is laid out great using the conture of the area with great elevation changes. It is a good challanging course yet not too difficult for novices, low handicap to high handicap golfers

I first came across this course by accident. I was exploring Sedona and came to a guard gate out in the middle of nowhere. At the time, it was private, but the guard gave me one of their marketing CDs. I saw the overheard shot, and knew I had to play it. A couple years later, I saw that it was now open to the public, so I got a foursome together and headed north to the red rocks. This is the most scenic course I have ever played. The views are simply spectacular. Overall this is one of my favorites. I did play slightly out of season so the condition was not as spectacular as I was hoping for. Also the course was not marked well, so I lost a few strokes by driving through some of the doglegs. (A yardage book would be great.) Aside from that, if you're in Arizona. This is a must play!

Seven Canyons is beautiful Golf Course located in Sedona. It has some of the best views in Arizona, not to mention all the wonderful trees on the course. The practice facilities are first rate as well.

We played at Seven Canyons this week, I had heard many very good comments on this course, but this was my first experience. Seven Canyons is a course in West Sedona that was designed by Tom Weiskopf and developed as a private facility. With the crash, it is available now as a daily fee (I Paid $50). I would highly recommend this one, it is nestled back in the red rock canyons and has some of the most dramatic views you will find anywhere! The course is a terrific Weiskoff design including a 175 yard par 3 that falls 300 feet! Every hole has a great red rock view and demanding shot requirements. They also have the best practice range you will find anywhere. If you have a chance to play this one, don't pass it up, I am sure it will be private again once the economy picks up. www.sevencanyons.com

this is one of those courses where you really don't care where your ball goes as the scenery is so stunning it is just worth being on the course, to heck with the score. But the course is narrow, tough and in excellent condition with superb course personnel throughout.

A course that is surrounded in the beauty of the red rocks and available to the public on a limited basis - this is one for your Arizona must play list! Nestled in the NW part of Sedona, the course is in great condition and offers a nice variety of hole designs that keep you interested throughout the round. It offers a fair test for all levels of players...be sure to bring your camera!

When I heard somebody call this place "the most beautiful course in the world" I had to check it out, and WOW!!!! It's very easy to get lost in the views at Seven Canyons and forget all about your golf game, which for some of us can be a pleasant change of pace. If you are venturing to Sedona and you have a chance to see this place, do not miss out. The design is definitely not the greatest, but it seems like they did the best they could with this amazing piece of property nestled in the middle of the red rocks. Make sure you get there early so you can hit balls on hands down the most gorgeous driving range I've ever seen.

They are running a February special, so right now the value is a 5/5. $50 for greens fees, and $10 of that goes to lunch. It's golf in a beautiful setting. Great course layout. Well designed. Sufficiently difficult for any level of golfer. Very well maintained. It was a great experience, a great golfing experience.
