We are very proud of what Sun City Country Club is today and where it's going quickly. The course is in great shape and it's turning heads. Greens are now at a respectable speed and work is beginning on remodeling bunkers soon. If you haven't played in a while, we think you will be pleasantly surprised.

Course is in terrible shape. The fairways are bare, very little grass. Greens are rough with many bare spots. Paid $44 and was not advised of course conditions at club house. Do not recommend playing until conditions improve. The worst i have seen in Sun City by far.

We played SCCC yesterday and had a great time. The course is one of the better ones on the west side. We did take a little bit longer than normal looking for lost balls in the rough areas. The grass needs to be cut back maybe a half inch or so to make the balls more visible. We lost our summer pass and were expecting to pay for our golf when we got there. The pro shop went out of their way to help us to resolve the problem. Very friendly and willing to help you solve problems. I definitely recommend this course to other golfers. You will not be disappointed.

Not good. Greens are in terrible shape. Customer service was not found. No tops for cups of water. Not a lot of choices for drinks except for beer. Bathroom in terrible shape. What towels??

Enjoyed yet another round here. Great layout with challenging tree lined lush fairways and some well-protected greens. A couple of bunkers are hard packed but generally in good condition. Only concern is the rough which is high and soft. Balls off the fairway require too much time to find and cause frustration to players and following groups.

Having played almost all the courses on the west side I consider SCCC the best value of them all. The course is challenging and fun to play. The course has nice practice facilities, friendly staff, and good hamburgers and cheap beer in the restaurant. The grounds crew does a real nice job keeping the course in shape except that I wish they would cut the rough down a little and trim a couple trees on 13 and 14. All and all it is a great value for your golfing dollar.

Enjoyed the course layout and it was a good value but the rough was so long, the 4-some in front of us and our 4-some spent a great deal of time looking for the ball when we got in the rough. Play would have been much faster and more enjoyable if the rough were cut back 1/2".

If I could have kept the ball on the fairway, it would have been a great day. The rough is very soft and thick and hides the ball well. Too much time spent looking for balls (mine and other players).

Played SCCC for the first time on 9/1/14...while not a long course (6250 yds from tips), the course plays long due to the numerous trees that line the fairways and can get in the way of approach shots. The course was in good condition -- tee boxes were level, fairways were full and the bermuda rough was nice and thick! The greens were a little rough in spots and running about an "8" but surface was smooth and receptive! While it was a drive from the East Valley, certainly a fun track to play for those who live in the West side!

Customer service is great. The small amenities like cups for water and ice or ice cold towels to keep you cool are awesome. Nice trees to keep you shaded from shot to shot in this brutal heat but yet challenging so you don't hit them either. Some of the holes the greens were alittle rough but I can understand with this weather. Overall great course and experience.

Just played the course Thursday an it was in great shape as it always is the greens were slick an held very well. The rough was a little high but played fair this is one of the best courses in town so you should give it a try.
